The Site forms part of a block in the City of London and is in close proximity of the junction of Bishopsgate and Great St. Helen’s.
This proposal aims to enhance the current building in a prudent fashion. Ensuring the hierarchy of the overall composition of the buildings that form part of ‘the site’. The double mansard roof, the extended fourth floor and the other parts that form part of this proposal will be designed to reflect the form, details and materials of the existing building as well as to retain the presence in the roofscape.
